On Sunday, July 17, guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope signed a new deal with the Denver Nuggets for more than one year.
The team didn’t say the deal, but the Denver Post it was for two years and $30 million, with the second year being up to the player. The 29-year-old will make $14 million next season, the last year of his current contract.

Caldwell-Pope was picked eighth overall by the Pistons in the 2013 draft. He played for four years with the Pistons before moving on to the Lakers for four years. He was on the Lakers’ championship team in 2019-20. During the playoffs, he averaged 10.7 points per game.
